Acts of Love Homecare Corporation is a non-profit organization in Cleveland, Ohio. Your donations will help to provide the needed Temporary Funding to qualified Seniors and those with Disabilities in the cities of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. We will be able to provide appropriate temporary funding of 6 weeks or less for qualifying Seniors and the Disabled who require non-medical services until other permanent solutions and outcomes are confirmed for eligibility of supplemental programs, insurances and/or payment options programs. The Funding will give individuals and families time to set up permanent solution with service providers within their communities during emergency hardships. The personalization of the individual needs of seniors and the disabled are important in achieving a positive outcome in improving quality of life, to maintain living at home safely. Funding can help Seniors and those with Disabilities who are not eligible for Medicaid and other Insurances. Your donations will help to cover non-medical care cost to purchase technology such as monitors, sensors, communication devices and internet service for the devices, which will help in their first line of defense, to maintain living at home through Virtual Assistant Living. The funding can also help in providing face to face non-medical care and services from resources in the community.

Acts of Love Homecare Corporation will personalize the needs of each individual through:

  • Providing funding and help by first listening to the concerns of the clients and/or family members
  • Complete an assessment to collect data information of what they currently need to receive financial assistance, assessment to collect data may include face to face, video chat, email, and phone
  • Initiate planning for needed funding
  • Implement plan by delegating what funds are deemed needed, identifying the most appropriate financial help to meet those needs.
  • Achieve the needed goals
  • Monitor progress and performance
  • Follow up as needed
